LiVert

Platform

LiVert: grouped online shopping for free and greener delivery.

Online shopping has a hidden cost: delivery fees that penalize small orders, and a last-mile logistics model that sends vans to the same street again and again. Each order arrives alone, and everyone pays — shoppers in fees, and the climate in emissions.

LiVert is our answer. The platform connects people nearby and groups their online purchases into shared orders — so shoppers reach free-shipping thresholds together, and fewer delivery trips serve the same neighborhood.

Order grouping

The LiVert app connects people nearby who are shopping online and lets them group their purchases into a single order — unlocking free-shipping thresholds that individual carts would miss.

Lower delivery emissions

Grouped orders mean fewer individual delivery trips to the same neighborhood. Consolidation at the last mile is one of the most direct levers for cutting the carbon footprint of e-commerce.

A consumer-facing app

Shoppers use the LiVert mobile app, available on iOS and Android, to find neighbors, group orders, and share deliveries — no change to where or how they shop.

Sustainable commerce infrastructure

Under the surface, LiVert applies the same systems thinking we bring to our advisory work: e-commerce infrastructure, logistics optimization, and the economics of sustainable delivery.

LiVert is an early-stage product. The app is live on iOS and Android, and the platform is actively being developed with its first communities of users.
